Lower Body Focus

In this class, Laura uses the small infinity band to help facilitate more glute and hamstring in all planes of motion. Start standing, then move to supine, side-lying and prone positions to target all muscle groups in the lower body. Laura doesn’t forget to throw in some abs and upper body work to get the full body feeling rejuvenated and shaking by the end of this 30 minute workout.
