Lower Back Support Mat Class
Laura goes through a mat class focusing on low back support utilizing hand towels and a theraband. These props help to assist the legs, pelvis and spine to encourage use of proper muscles and avoid excessive lower back recruitment. You will mobilize the spine in flexion and extension as well as stabilization in neutral leaving your back feeling released and more relaxed afterwards. **Class Note: You will also need access to a dining chair/coffee table/workout bench for one of the exercises – if not, the exercise can be done on the floor with just the towel under the pelvis.
