Challenge the inner and outer leg lines and how they relate to our body in this magic circle mat class with Laura.  Focus on finding midline and pulling away from midline to deepen core engagements.  Laura also finishes using the magic circle for support in our upper body exercises such as side plank, swan and pushups.
